Tips For The Face Care


  • For normal skin squeeze the juice of an orange and mix with two teaspoons of curd and with free hands massage on your face then wash with water when it gets dry. This will give your skin a glowing appearance.
  • Peel the papaya and the inner portion of it rub on your face with light hands. Let it remain for till it get dry then, wash your face with cold water. This will give your skin a nice glow.
  • Squeeze the juice of the cabbage and apply this on your face. When it dries, wash with water and wipe dry. This helps in skin tightening and prevents from wrinkles.
  • Take the juice of carrot by boiling it and apply the juice on your face and let it dry. Then, wash with water this helps to rejuvenate your skin.
  • While eating an apple, some people after peeling the apple through the skin out, so don't throw it out but it acts as a skin cleanser. Just rub the inner side of the peel apple skin on your face and when it get dry wash with water. This helps in tighten your skin.
  • Take an ice cube and rub on your face. let it dry. This helps to improve blood circulation and keeps your skin healthy.
  • Beat the white of one egg and apply on your face when it dries, wash with cold water. It helps tighten your skin and delays wrinkles.



Steps for skin care





  • For Oily skin Make a paste of 2 tbsp of wheat flour with water and then apply on your face when it get dry wash with cool water. This helps remove excess oil from your skin.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons of milk with the cucumber juice and add few drops of lemon apply the solution on your face and leave to dry. When dried wash with water.
  • Soak 2 teaspoons of methi (fenugreek) seeds overnight. Grind into a paste, then rub on your face. When it get dries, wash with cool water. Its the useful method of removing blackheads. Methi also helps remove excess oil from your skin.
  • Soak 2 teaspoons of whole masoor dal (red gram) overnight. Grind into a paste and apply on your face. When it get dries, wash your face with cold water.It is helpful in removing blackheads.
  • Grind cucumber and squeeze to remove the juice. Apply the juice on your face and leave to dry. Then wash with water and pat dry. It helps in refreshing and tightening your skin.
  • For dry skin mash a banana and add a teaspoon of honey and make a paste. Apply on your face. When it get dries, wash with water it acts as a moisturiser.
  • Soak khus khus (poppy seeds) overnight. Mix well in a mixy it and make a paste with milk. Apply on your face. When the pain dries off washed with cold water.
  • Just before boiling milk, remove two tablespoons. Massage it lightly on your face it will smooth your skin.
  • Make a paste of peanuts, milk and honey to it. Apply on your face. When it get dry wash water.
  • Make a paste of malai, turmeric and few drops of olive oil. Apply on your face, leave to dry. Wash with water when it get dry.
  • Mix 3-4 tsp of Multani mitti (Fuller's Earth) with pudina (mint) leaves. Freeze the pack overnight. Keep outside for 10-15 minutes and then apply on your face. Wash it off when it get dry. It helps in cooling as well as cleansing your skin.
  • Whisk away black spots and pimples by applying the mixture of nutmeg( jaiphal) six to eight jamun seeds( blackberry seeds )with water or rose water. Apply on your face. When it get dry. Then, wash it off with water.
  • For blemishes rub a slice of lemon on your face and allow it to remain overnight, then wash with water.
  • Lemon mixture with tomatoes rub the tomato on your face. Let it dry and then, wash with water.
  • Avoid eating to much of fried foods like vadas, samosa, chips, bhajias.
  • Stick to fresh vegetable salads or fruit salads.
  • Depending on the seasonal availability, eat all types of fresh, green vegetables and all types of fresh, juicy fruits.
  • Eat fresh vegetables, fruits and liquids prefered diet.
